About

We don't advise from theory. We've lived your problems.

ADK Partner started from a simple observation: most SME leaders don't have a technology problem. They have an implementation problem. We solve it — from audit to delivery.

"I built two recruitment firms from scratch. I know what it's like to lose your evenings to follow-ups, proposals and closing."

Then ten years abroad: leading a division in London as part of a management buy-out, tasked with growing the business and reporting to the board every month. Then eight years in fintech in Sydney, heading Talent & Operations — rolling out tools, cutting costs, improving the employee experience, owning a P&L.

From that path, one conviction: I know both sides of the problem — sales, with its follow-ups and closing that eat your time; and the human side, the whole cycle from hiring to an employee's departure. That's exactly the scope of what we automate today.

In practice: my computer science degree and my MBA gave me the frameworks. Building and selling two companies taught me what those frameworks miss. You get both. Without the fees or the jargon of a big firm.

Our values

Not statements. Principles that guide every engagement.

Grounded in experience, not in a slide deck. Here's what they look like when you work with us.

I

Human & real

Business is made of people. Every strategy, every decision comes back to how people think and act under pressure. We advise from what we've seen and lived, not from theory.

In practice: never a recommendation that looks good on paper but ignores the human reality behind it.

II

Together

The best work happens when we think together. We don't hand over a document and leave. We work inside your reality — your constraints, your teams, your pressures.

In practice: we show up as a thinking partner, not a vendor. We find the answers together.

III

Clarity in complexity

Complexity is usually a symptom, not the problem. Our job: find the signal in the noise and make the path forward clear enough to act on. Not simplified — clarified.

In practice: after every conversation, you know exactly what needs to happen next, and why.

IV

Fair & honest engagement

We scope honestly. If we're not the right fit for what you need, we'll tell you. Good relationships are built on trust, not on billing.

In practice: no padded scope, no forced commitment, no hidden agenda. You know what you're getting.

V

Grounded in experience

Everything we recommend, we've tested in the real world. Building companies, leading teams, handling real crises: that's the foundation of every piece of advice. Not a template, not a trend.

In practice: what we know works, because we've done it — not because we read it.

The leaders we work best with aren't looking for a vendor. They're looking for someone to think alongside them.

If these principles speak to you, let's start with a conversation.
